MSCL is a leading provider of international standard After Sale Support to a wide array of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Our technical competence covers laptops, mobile phones, cameras, USB Modems and other forms of telecommunication terminal units. MSCL operates Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with Haier, ZTE, LAVA, Huawei, Blackberry Support (On behalf of Globacom) ,tc.
MSCL is also the official After Sale Support Partners to Starcomms Nigeria PLC and Visafone Nigeria Limited. MSCL is a vital partner to both operators and our technicians operate technical support desks in Starcomms PLC and Visafone Limited’s outlets nationwide. We are as a result of this strategic partnership able to offer on the spot service to their customers in these centers nationwide. Apart from this, MSCL also has 39 collection points nationwide covering all the major states and cities in Nigeria from which our services can be accessed.

Franchisee Benefits and Expected Support As a Franchisee
- Your Franchise will earn a Minimum Guaranteed income of Naira 70,000 Per Month right from inception (This amount will be paid directly to you by McDorsey)
- Your Franchise will earn Instant income from manufacturer and end user as a result of McDorsey existing SLA’s with brands like Haier, Huawei, ZTE , Visafone Limited and Starcomms PLC
- Product Distribution Options: Franchise will be appointed McDorsey Authorized Sales Point for LAVA, BLACKBERRY ,PASSION Mobile phones and other brands.
- Once you are appointed as a Franchisee, no other Franchise will be opened in region close to your outlet to avoid unhealthy competition
- All devices and accessories provided to Franchise outlet shall be at competitive prices
- 1 Months Training to two technicians by our technical manager and factory trained Level 3 technicians (Software and Hardware)
- 1 Month Training for your two nominated Customer Care Executive about the Customer Care process.
- 1 Month Training for your one nominated QC Staff for the Quality Control and Reporting.
- One Week Training for your nominated Marketing & Business Strategy officer for after sales support business. Training handled by McDorsey Chief Operating Officer.
- You will be provided One Kit of basic equipments on completion of training.
- You will be provided with Certification from McDorsey on completion of training.
- You will receive 3 Months free online technical support.
- Access to Genuine Spare Parts at much discounted rates.
- Free training material and guide.
Branding
- A “McDorsey Authorized Service Center” signage shall be provided to your franchise
- Your Franchise staff shall be provided 2 units of McDorsey uniform.
- NOTE; Your Franchise outlet MUST exclusively be used for product service, product sales and ONLY other telecom related businesses/transactions.
- A warranty management software support shall be provided to your franchise to enable efficient management of the operations and management of inventory of spare parts.
Service Charges and Pricing
- For warranty repairs; you will repair the device for free and NOT charge end user. McDorsey shall pay you for the cost of your services
- For out of warranty repairs; you will charge the customer based on the following formula:
Service Cost = Cost of Spare Parts + Labor Cost (N 800- N 1500)
Marketing & Advertising Support
- McDorsey shall support the franchise by running a loyalty program for the first three month of the operations where customers can win McDorsey Branded Wrist Watches daily. McDorsey shall provide 80 units (2 assured gifts per day) of McDorsey Wrist Watches free of cost to Franchisee.
- McDorsey shall send an email newsletter to its data base of customers informing them about the new franchisee and its contact details (Address, Phone Numbers, contact persons)
- Franchisee outlet shall also be eligible/participate for all Promo’s run at the McDorsey HQ.
- Franchisee can also share the email addresses and contact numbers of their walk-in and potential customers and McDorsey shall provide regular free emails marketing and SMS marketing support to Franchise.
- McDorsey shall include the franchise contact details in all its adverts and branding material to ensure Franchise receives required publicity.
